How do we understand that there is simply no such multifunctional service? That it is necessary as work experience, portfolio and competent resume?
About four years ago we worked with an outstaffing agency, which looking for IT talents for remote projects. We had a task: find candidates quickly and to fix all contacts of recruiters, competitors, that in the further helps more operatively to close actual vacancies. As a result, we began to use external services for sending and storing the database, updating and organizing teamwork.
Recruiting and selection of personnel is a long and energy-intensive process. So, through personal experience, came up the idea of creating our own talent management tool. One convenient and functional service for IT recruiting. We set ourselves the goal and gradually began to realize the idea. For two and a half years we have presented our results in the project of applicant tracking system “Talent Scan”.
