Accordingly, making the right choice quickly and without losses for the company has been and remains a very important aspect. After all, a valuable employee should only improve and improve his company without making rash decisions.
In the eighth place, having swapped places with decisions and judgments, there will be a client-oriented approach. This competence is very much connected with the development of empathy, and it is extremely difficult to separate them.

From the list of 2015 competencies, emotional intelligence and cognitive flexibility replaced active listening and quality control, completely displacing them from the top ten.
